CNY Celebration

My observation throughout these few years, Hairee was obviously more excited when it comes to Chinese New Year rather than Hari Raya. Perhaps living surrounding chinese's neighbourhood itself contributes to the agitation of joys plus majority of his friends at school were chinese.  He just loves watching lion dance since he was as little as 1 year plus and still amazed about it till today. Anyway, he collected more angpow this year ;)

I made choc cake 'kukus' for the 1st time for my MIL
(nampak tempting tapi tak sedap sebab 2nd layer keras, i should just bake)

Some of pictures taken during 3 days visiting

Ok..till we meet again in blogging world.

Happy Mother's Day

So sweet from Hairee

Happy Mother's Day to my mom, my mother in-law and fellow moms. Wishing everyone of you having a good time with the loved one.

To be honest, I never celebrate mother’s day or father’s day for my parents with my sibling at all ..hahaha..never even heard of mother’s day back then, (our parents pun tak pernah ajar). Moreover we had some rough journey being apart from each others for few years. When our parents had terrible accidents and my mom was in coma, we have to live separately, me and my sister with nenek, my brothers with other relatives, btw that's life! I could not imagine living without my mom..I love you mak

I can’t believe I’m now at the point where my toddler Hairee is making me crazy sometime I can’t breathe picking up what he is trying to do next. He is growing up so fast.

Teringin sgt nak sentuh lion..hahaha

Our simple CNY Celebration

We had a simple yet meaningful celebration. I had to make last minute shopping for all of us, took a half day off on Friday before the eve to buy new clothes, service car and changing monies for angpow. The new home adventure really took our time so we just celebrate as simple as possible.

Here are the pictures of 3 days spending time with Huah's family.

On 13th's eve

On the way to Uncle William House for eve's dinner on Saturday

Where are we going A'yee ?
We have booked a table for family dinner at seafood restaurant nearby.

Ibu..see me,, I can use chopstick

1st cousin:  Cheche yen yen

2nd Cousin: Koko..juan how

Cute little 3rd cousin

After dinner, we headed to my inlaw house and the kids have
the most wonderful time playing together until almost mid-night.

On the 1st day of CNY 14th, we went to hubby's aunt house, the eldest in Huah's family for big family renuion. This year was a bit special as everyone were able to make it including hubby's aunt from London as they have made pre-arrangement for professional photographer for family pictures.

As usual, the kids were the most happiess creatures.
They don't mind spending hours playing and
what more joys could that be when their pockets full with angpows.

Another hairee's cousin, mix-blood too

Saje letak satu gambar ibu..;)

On 2nd day of CNY 15th, we visited Hubby's mother side family. They have huge family, don't be surprised  thick of angpows could be disappeared in no time. It is totally different feeling everytime when i visited them as compared to father's inlaw side. They are more relax, easy going and kampung style which definitely suit my liking. The only thing that not comforting us is no no to any foods.

OOOO..he is so happy.
Since early of the month, his teacher tought him how to say..Gong Xi Fa Chai..Angpow Na Lai

Hairee with his 'moyang'

These 2 girls are so cute

Cite apa lah tu..

Chinese New Year Days

This year, we ushered the year of the Ox with extra fun and angpows.

One the eve of Chinese New Year, we had reunion dinner at seafood restaurant nearby my in-laws’ house. This was our first reunion dinner outside which we usually had it at home. Thanks to brother in-law for spending all of us, the dinner was great indeed. Here are some photos taken.

Ibu & anak kalau cakap dgn tangan sekali berisyarat..kekeke

Ah'Ma was helping to feed Hairee while ibu busy taking photos

Hairee was flabbergasted when first saw the tortoises. ok..beside lizard, dia takut ni pulak..

Here, Hairee with Huah's cousins; Lee yean, Juan Ho, Mey mey

After dinner, we went to BIL house for a while. Hairee was so happy playing with his cousins

Ibu bought you cute little outfit this year

On the first day of Chinese New Year, Hairee was so ‘Handsome’ with smashing outfit came with a hat and fake tail. We gathered at my in-laws house in the morning, after exchanging angpows and lunch, we headed to hubby relatives houses on father side till late afternoon.

Ibu..handsome tak Hairee??

Susahnya nak ambil gambar bertiga sekarang

Ok..Hairee and his boy cousin always 'berebut' to be with Ah'Ma even on 2nd day or other days

Too bad we totally forgot to take pictures on the 2nd day..sigh.. We were too busy looking after Hairee at Poh Poh’s house (hubby grandma) in Sungai Buloh. My mother in-law got 9 siblings and I guess you all can imagine how the crowd like in the house of 70-90 peoples. Really happening and we enjoyed so much. Hairee collected more angpows on the 2nd days. Hubby managed to record a video on last house we visited which I'll upload later.

Worth of visiting even thought he was so damn tired

Pictures above taken on 5th day when we had lunch at seafood restaurant. If you can see Hairee was so 'nakal' now, he wants to eat on his own beside asyik kacau ibu aje.

Just want to share some pictures of last year Chinese New Year. Hairee was 4months old when he celebrated his 1st CNY.

Hairee masih debab lagi
