My version of Hainanese Chicken Rice

When I was doing blogwalking last two days, 'terliur' tengok Nasi Ayam MAMA AQIL, easy cooking especially for1st timer like me moreover hubby still tak berapa suka masakan 'ala melayu' eventho dah kawin dgn org melayu-jawo dekat 9tahun.. when i said 'ala melayu' mcm asam pedas, masak lemak..no..no to him.

For Chicken Rice, he (and me too) likes 'steam' type..so I was determined to try to cook Hainanese Chicken Rice yesterday for breaking fast. The results..walalala..dpt pujian dari En Hb ( he said I can defeat his mom's chicken rice), and most importantly Hairee ate a lot.

Here are the recipe (utk kakak ku)

Utk Ayam
Perap (30min) 4 ketul kepak ayam dgn (kalau guna lebih ayam, lebih kan bahan2 kak)
4 biji bwg putih (blend)
2 biji bwg merah (blend)
2 tbsp Halia (blend)
Lepas tu steam kan utk at least 30minutes (biar betul2 masak)

Sup Ayam
Buat lah lebih utk gunakan masak nasi ayam
Nasi Ayam
Tumis 2 sudu besar butter dgn 2 biji bawang putih dan halia dan maggi stok ayam,
lepas tu masukkan beras, garam dan air sikit (dan guna air sup ayam tadi)..

Cili 
blend cili merah 2biji, bwg putih 2biji, halia, perahan air limau dan air sikit (kalau ada cuka lagi best)

Sos hitam (ini mesti ada)
Bancuh 2 sudu besar sos tiram campur dgn 4sudu sup ayam


Gambar ayam aje..nasi tak sempat..ngam2 nasi masak dah azan, so terus masuk mulut maa..

I only post masakan yg berjaya ku buat sedap..boleh buat lagi

simple je buatnya.. nasi ayam ni kalau kita ubah skit resepi mmg senang nk buat.. kalau ikut buku resepi yg pro tu halamak tak terbuat ler.. byk sgt bhn..

yes, senang sebenarnya tak kotorkan dapur sgt.
