Hairee can walk now

At 13months +, Hairee has finally able to walk steadily without any supports. He started taking a few steps about 2 weeks ago but keeps falling down and honestly I’m not really sure when exactly that he was able to stand-up and walk independently, perhaps a couple of days ago. Now he is like a robot who does not know the meaning of tiredness, he just wants to walk and walk happily everywhere and will make noise if anyone tried to carry him away. Oh boy, he is so proud of himself and we are one proud parents, of course. It will be any day now counting that he will be running and I’ll have to keep-up my strength to catch him..hehehe

This is the moment when I really could not determine what sort of feeling I have. As a mother I’m so happy that my baby is finally reaching the final stage of developmental milestone as a baby, he is now no longer a baby, he is now a toddler BUT deep down in my heart I'm just not ready with all this, maybe it's just too fast.

As I’m writing now, I suddenly thinking how I wish I could turn back the clock and do again what I used to do with him for the last 13months but this time around with better plan ahead. Hey don’t get me wrong, of course I'm so blessed, Alhamdulillah, I’m so glad that he is able to walk now and making so much joy in our life, and things have never been better now without him. BUT, for the first time I actually missed that baby-ibu-daddy things that we used to do together especially during my confinement time.
