My first baking experience

Semalam cuti, actually ada hal tapi last minute program postpone...so since I've nothing to do so tiba2 rasa nak try guna oven. I always wanted to do baking tapi mcm alasan terutama 'Malas'. Tengok2 buku resepi i try terus buat dua jenis..which was actually fun and I'm loving it.

Inilah hasil pertama ku...POPOVERS with Shrimp and cauliflower

Senang aje buat ini google kat youtube boleh jumpa tapi i add shrimp, puree cauliflower and bawang.
Review: Rasanya mcm cucur udang tapi next time when i do it again, after 15min, I'll insert Thai sos.

Hasil kedua ku...CARROT CAKE

I got the recipe from FB's friend, surprisingly it was't difficult to do it and turn-out 'SEDAP !'. My father makan 4 slices.

Kedua2 makanan ini ku angkut ke rumah my mom, hot from the oven dgn loyang sekali masuk kereta drove for almost 1hour dgn kereta ku berbau cake sepanjang jalan. Kalau letak kat rumah, siapa nak habiskan..So, itu pasal takde gambar selepas masak.

Just the two of us yesterday, jalan2 and spend time at home, HB keje. The bantal busuk which he called 'pooh' tak pernah tinggal dari lahir sampai skrg, especially when he wants to drink ribena and susu.

Ibu said 'dont sleep' so he was trying not to sleep by showing me his eyes are big and awake but eventually he felt asleep (penat tolong mengacau ibu..)
